Tyrone A. Adras is a litigator experienced in the areas of complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, equine litigation, products liability, and wrongful death. Tyrone regularly defends class and individual matters involving checks, wires, electronic funds transfers, the Uniform Commercial Code, negotiable instruments, consumer credit cards, and loan participations in both federal court and in arbitration. Tyrone also has wide-ranging experience representing financial institutions and other institutional lenders and servicers in commercial litigation proceedings, and residential and commercial foreclosure matters, including those involving mortgage-backed securities.
