David B. Weinstein, Christopher Torres, Ryan Hopper, and Irina Khasin are featured in an Am Law Litigation Daily article titled “Litigators of the Week: A Defense Verdict for Lockheed in Case Linking Birth Defects to Chemical Exposure.”
After a five-week federal trial in Orlando, the team delivered a decisive victory for Lockheed Martin, proving that the company’s operations caused no harm to the children of three families who claimed otherwise.
