Kelly Dobbs Bunting to Speak at ABA International Labor and Employment Law Mid-Year Meeting

MADRID – April 23, 2025 – Kelly Dobbs Bunting, co-chair of the Labor & Employment Practice’s Workplace Compliance & Counseling Group of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA)’s Labor & Employment Section’s International Labor and Employment Law Mid-Year Meeting, held May 4-8 in Madrid.

Bunting will moderate a panel titled “Investigations into Sexual Misconduct across Borders.” The panel will discuss the complexities and challenges of addressing allegations of sexual misconduct in an increasingly globalized workplace.

Bunting litigates federal and state class and collective actions alleging wage and hour violations, misclassification, overtime, minimum wage, and off-the-clock work. She also defends employers in single-plaintiff litigation involving protected classes; harassment and retaliation; whistleblower claims; theft of trade secrets; breach of duty; breach of employment agreements; and restrictive covenants. Bunting focuses much of her practice on international labor & employment issues, including employment/secondment contracts, as well as Artificial Intelligence in HR, workplace training, and legal compliance. She advises clients on national and international handbook policies, procedures, and strategic HR issues, and provides day-to-day counsel in hiring, employee relations, employee discipline, and termination.
