BOSTON – Feb. 13, 2025 – Natalie Gallego, an associate in global law firm Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice, has been selected as one of 16 associates to participate in the 2025 U.S. Bank Spotlight on Talent program. The year-long cohort experience focuses on building relationships and the professional development of rising talent at some of the bank’s key law firm partners.
This year’s program will kick off in Minneapolis at U.S. Bank headquarters with networking, learning opportunities, and goal-setting activities with bank attorneys and other executive leaders.
“We continue to be impressed by the associates we meet through the Spotlight on Talent program” said Jim Chosy, senior executive vice president and general counsel for U.S. Bank. “We look forward to meeting and working with the 2025 cohort with the goals of furthering their professional development through unique exposure to our company and the in-house practice and strengthening our relationships with key law firm partners.”
Throughout the year, cohort members will participate in leadership meetings, educational sessions, practice group roundtables, and social activities, and also work with a mentor and have the opportunity to make presentations to the U.S. Bank Law Division. Spotlight participants will strengthen their knowledge of the financial services industry and U.S. Bank’s business and develop relationships with Law Division professionals and cohort peers.
“I look forward to participating in the U.S. Bank Spotlight on Talent Program to learn from U.S. Bank’s legal team and to further develop my relationships within the Bank,” said Natalie Gallego. “I hope that my involvement in the program will expand my knowledge of the intersection between law and finance and deepen my understanding of U.S. Bank’s unique legal needs, so that I can continue to support the Bank in complex transactions.”
Gallego, based in the firm’s Boston office, focuses her practice on acquisitions and financings, particularly with respect to renewable energy projects, including tax equity financings, tax credit transfer transactions and mergers & acquisitions, as well as emerging company and venture capital matters, debt and equity financings, commercial transactions, and general corporate governance matters.
Natalie currently serves as the Vice Chair of Membership on the Young Lawyers’ Division Board of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) and as a Deputy Governor for Region I (New England) of the HNBA. Natalie is also an active member of SomosGT, Greenberg Traurig’s Latin American affinity group.
