Greenberg Traurig represents Generali Investments CEE in the acquisition of a logistics park in Zabrze

WARSAW – 7 January 2025 – Greenberg Traurig advised Generali Investments CEE on the acquisition by Generali Fond Realit of an SPV holding a logistics park located in Zabrze from Panattoni.

The logistics park situated in Zabrze, within the Katowice Special Economic Zone, covers a total area of 45,000 sqm. More than half of the facility is occupied by one of Europe's largest suppliers of medical equipment.

The Greenberg Traurig transactional team was led by Counsel Olga Durawa, who was supported by Senior Associate Alicja Flis. Senior Associate Iga Czerniak and Junior Associate Weronika Kopeć advised on the financing aspects of the transaction. The due diligence team included Counsel Anna Kokeli and Associates Bruno Jasic and Patrycja Wakuluk.
