MEXICO CITY – Dec. 4, 2024 – The Greenberg Traurig Mexico City office achieved a top rating of 100 points on the HRC Equidad MX 2025 survey for the fifth consecutive year. This score certifies the firm as a "Best Place to Work" for the LGBTQ+ community in Mexico.
Equidad MX is a collaborative program from the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, a U.S.-based organization, and ADIL, a Mexican Diversity and Workplace Inclusion consulting company, designed to promote Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) inclusion in the workplace.
Each year, the certification updates its evaluation criteria to reflect advancements in LGBTQ+ issues within the country. Equidad MX assesses companies based on their performance and commitment in the following categories:
- Updated non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity policies.
- Active LGBTQ+ organizational committee or network.
- Constant LGBTQ+ education and training initiatives.
- Public commitment and positive impact on LGBTQ+ issues.

Greenberg Traurig’s efforts to broaden and foster diverse talent include initiatives that support LGBTQ+ individuals at all stages of their careers, from law student recruiting to associate development. The firm also sponsors, hosts, and implements a wide range of activities supporting professionals and organizations key to the LGBTQ+ community in Mexico.
