Greenberg Traurig Shortlisted for Property Team of the Year at the 2024 British Legal Awards

  • Greater Manchester Pension Fund: Advised the UK’s largest local authority pension fund on its investment into the UK's preeminent innovation property platform, Bruntwood SciTech, which has £1.5 billion in assets across nine campuses.
  • Menora Mivtachim Group: Advised on the establishment of a joint venture with Cain International to acquire a £500 million UK PBSA portfolio.
  • Westbrook Partners: Advised on the acquisition of the IPIF Portfolio from Legal & General - one of the largest industrial portfolio acquisitions in 2023.
