Moore joins from Michelman & Robinson, where she served as Dallas office managing partner.

Moore is an experienced intellectual property lawyer, having litigated patent, licensing, and trade secret cases involving large companies in the medical, cellular, Wi-Fi, and oilfield industries, as well as other high-tech sectors. She has achieved significant verdicts for her plaintiff clients, while also securing take-nothing judgments ahead of trial when working with defendants.

Moore’s work spans multiple jurisdictions, with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. She has deep knowledge of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, having worked as a patent agent for many years, advising clients on strategies for acquiring, prosecuting, licensing, and divesting patent assets. She received her J.D. from Southern Methodist Dedman School of Law and a B.S. in electrical engineering with biomedical specialization from Southern Methodist University.
