FORT LAUDERDALE – July 7, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. advised Better Collective, a global sports betting media group based in Denmark, in its acquisition of Oakland Park, Florida-based Playmaker HQ, a sports and entertainment media platform, for up to $54 million.
Better Collective’s portfolio of digital sports media companies also includes The Action Network and VegasInside.com. In 2021, Greenberg Traurig represented Better Collective in its $240 million acquisition of The Action Network, a premium sports content and product destination for U.S. sports bettors.
