Bloch will speak on a panel titled “When Worlds Collide: Government Contracts, IP, and the Federal Circuit.” Panelists will discuss differing perspectives on recent developments in government contracts litigation that have come before the Federal Circuit. The panel will also discuss how government contracts are being used to procure new technologies, and how the government and the Federal Circuit can encourage innovation.
