Greenberg Traurig’s Bruce C. Rosetto Represents JAI Taco Atlanta LLC in Acquisition of 20 Atlanta Taco Bell Locations

WEST PALM BEACH, FL. – June 20, 2023 – Bruce C. Rosetto, a Corporate Practice shareholder in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A.’s West Palm Beach office, advised JAI Taco Atlanta LLC, an affiliate of Wen JAI Restaurant Group, in its acquisition of 20 Taco Bell restaurants in Atlanta.

The acquisition, which closed May 30, expands Wen JAI’s portfolio of franchise brands to include Taco Bell as well as Wendy’s, as part of the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the quick service restaurant industry. Based in Pompano Beach, Florida, Wen JAI now owns a total of 104 restaurants in Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, including 84 Wendy’s locations and the 20 new Taco Bells.

“Greenberg Traurig is proud to have advised JAI in this important transaction, marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution and reflecting its strong commitment to innovation, quality service, and continual improvement,” Rosetto said. “We look forward to continuing to work with the JAI team to help ensure their continued growth and success.”

Rosetto was assisted in representing JAI Taco Atlanta by Greenberg Traurig Corporate Of Counsel Bracha Pollack and Associate Brett Dembrow, both based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office.

Wen JAI opened its first Wendy’s restaurant in Miami in 2007 and since has grown to 3,300 employees nationwide.
