Greenberg Traurig’s Bradley R. Marsh to Present at Beverly Hills Bar Association CLE Webinar

SAN FRANCISCO – April 19, 2022 – Bradley R. Marsh, co-managing shareholder of the San Francisco office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will discuss California’s Proposition 19 at the Beverly Hills Bar Association CLE (BHBA) program April 21 at 12:30 p.m.  

In a webinar titled “Proposition 19: Consequences, Update and Workarounds,” Marsh will discuss regulatory interpretations of Proposition 19, how it has changed property tax planning, and how these changes benefit taxpayers. The measure gives exemptions to older homeowners, the disabled, families, and victims of wildfire or natural disasters.

Marsh is a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Tax Practice and focuses his practice on tax controversy matters, including property, sales, payroll, business license, employment, franchise, parcel, district, documentary transfer, transient occupancy, utility user, income, parking, gift, and estate taxes. Marsh serves as a co-chair of the U.S. State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice. He represents clients in audits, litigation, and administrative hearings, as well as analyzing transactions and business models, and developing strategies for legislative resolutions.
