WARSAW, 18 January 2022 – Greenberg Traurig advised a Korean investor on a transaction concerning the acquisition of all of shares in a company holding a warehouse facility located in Poland leased to a leading online retailer. The value of this transaction was one of the highest to date among acquisitions in this area of the logistics sector.
The 4-storey BTS warehouse facility in question, located in Świebodzin near the S3 expressway and the A2 motorway, offers 200 0000 sqm of warehouse space, 13 000 sqm of office space and is the second largest building to date delivered to this leading online retailer by Panattoni. The fulfilment center is certified Excellent under the BREEAM rating.
