Greenberg Traurig’s Ejim Achi Named to New York Law Journal’s 2021 Rising Stars List

NEW YORK – Aug. 10, 2021 Ejim Peter Achi, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s New York office and co-chair of the firm’s New York Corporate Practice, has been named to New York Law Journal’s (NYLJ) 2021 Rising Stars list. Honorees will be recognized in the NYLJ’s upcoming Professional Excellence magazine and honored on Oct. 13th at the New York Legal Awards at the Marriott Marquis in New York City.

NYLJ’s Rising Stars list comprises New York’s most promising lawyers 40 and younger based on the impact or innovative nature of their work, the significance of the issues at stake in their work, practice area, diversity, and pro bono work.

Achi represents private equity sponsors in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, and other investments spanning a wide range of industries and sectors, with particular emphasis on technology, healthcare, industrials, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, and infrastructure.
