WARSAW, July 8, 2021 - Greenberg Traurig advised Benefit Systems S.A. on the sale of the Company’s 118,053 treasury shares (existing shares purchased by the Company for further resale) in an accelerated book building process.
The value of the transaction amounted to over PLN 94.4 million.
Wood & Company Financial Services, a.s. Spółka Akcyjna, Branch in Poland and Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A. acted as managers of the share offering.
