NEW YORK – July 29, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP launched “Empire Environmental,” the second mini-series of its podcast, Legal Environmental Insights. The mini-series will examine environmental and energy issues impacting the State of New York.
In episode one of the mini-series, “National Environmental Policy Act’s (NEPA) Upcoming Changes,” shareholders Howard L. Nelson and Steven C. Russo discuss the application of NEPA to energy projects, review changes to NEPA regulations recently enacted by the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ), and review the influence of climate change on environmental impact statements.
