WARSAW - July 7, 2020 - Greenberg Traurig represented Lee Hecht Harrison, an Adecco Group entity, in the acquisition of the enterprise of Development & Business Consulting Gniazdowski i Partnerzy sp.k., which previously operated as a local representative of Lee Hecht Harrison. The transaction included the acquisition of the entire business operations.
The Adecco Group is the world’s leading HR solutions company with over 5000 branches in 60 countries and territories around the world. The Adecco Group has been active in Poland since 1994 and operates in 54 locations.
The transaction was led by Local Partner and Head of the Employment Practice Anna Hałas‑Krawczyk and Local Partner Michał Bobrzyński.
The multidisciplinary team also included: Associate Natalia Wołkowycka who was responsible for coordinating the due diligence process, Associate Angelika Makar who assisted with respect to negotiations and Associate Tomasz Denko who was responsible for corporate and financing aspects. Additionally, Partner Michał Fereniec advised on IP matters and Local Partner Maciej Kacymirow on tax aspects related to the acquisition.
