PHOENIX – July 25, 2018 – Nicole M. Goodwin, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Phoenix office, was named one of The Most Influential Women in Arizona Business for 2018 by Arizona Business Magazine. Goodwin will be honored at an awards reception on August 23 in Phoenix.
The Most Influential Women in Arizona Business award recognizes women leaders who demonstrate professional excellence, innovation, and community impact.
Goodwin is a problem solver whose practice emphasizes corporate governance disputes, financial services litigation, real estate litigation, post-acquisition disputes and health care litigation. She has represented public and private corporate clients in state and federal trial and appeals courts, as well as before administrative tribunals and arbitration venues. Goodwin is a counselor and advisor on exposure and litigation alternatives for clients that range from Arizona-based businesses to large national clients.
Goodwin models positive community impact through teaching at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, volunteering as a Judge Pro Tempore and Family Court Advisor, and serving as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Autism Resource & Research Center.
