Beckloff also cited other serious derogations of the co-trustees' fiduciary duties, any of which could have justified removal, said Suzan Hughes along with Alex Hughe's attorney Eric Rowen of Greenberg Traurig LLP, who recently responded to the co-trustees' appeal of the ruling.
