GT Associate Jennifer Vincent is set to present a California Lawyers Association (CLA) Women in Tax Section webinar, "Property Tax Law Changes: Proposition 19 and Relevant Rules for Transfers Before February 2021." This program will provide a general overview of the law under Propositions 58 and 193, as well as an overview of the new regime under Proposition 19. In addition, it will go over what to watch out for when taxpayers have transfers that occurred prior to February 16, 2021.
