Mikhael focuses his practice on the clearance, maintenance, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, and copyrights. He has experience with trademark and copyright infringement enforcement and defense.
Mikhael also evaluates the strength of brand names, identifies infringing domain names, and helps clients implement domain name enforcement strategies. Mikhael also protects and enforces clients’ trademarks, and intellectual property rights on social media, on user-generated content sites, and at physical locations throughout the world.

- Conduct weekly domain name review and analysis to determine the client’s domain name enforcement strategy.
- Help resolve thousands of copyright infringement claims against nationally and internationally recognized corporations.
