Rebecca O’Toole’s practice focuses on all aspects of estate, income, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning for high-net-worth families and individuals. She guides families and individuals through all stages of estate planning, from design to implementation, and works diligently to help clients create a plan that meets all of their tax and non-tax objectives.

Rebecca’s practice also involves virtually all aspects of estate and trust administration, sophisticated trust modification and migration strategies, and helping clients achieve their philanthropic objectives through charitable planning.

Rebecca is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
