Żaklina Ossowska focuses her practice on public procurement law and corporate law, including contract law, personal data protection, negotiations and dispute resolution. She advises clients on public procurement law and public-private partnership contracts, successfully representing them before the National Appeals Chamber. She has extensive experience in drafting contracts, analyzing contractual risks and directly negotiating the terms of civil law contracts. Żaklina also has a strong practice in international economic law, with a particular focus on dumping regulations, and European law. She conducts training courses and publishes articles in professional journals.

- Represented the contractor TAMEX Objecty Sportowe S.A. in proceeding for the construction of a category IV A athletics stadium in Ustka, conducted by the Municipality of Ustka.˚
- Participated in the work for a private investor on a PPP project regarding the development of the Rumia city center area, including the construction of a new city hall.˚
- Represented the contractor Pixel sp. z o.o. in the proceeding for the installation and implementation of an integrated dynamic passenger information system for the needs of the Municipal Communication Company in Żywiec, conducted by the City of Żywiec.˚
- Represented companies from the ALSTAL Capital Group in the proceedings for the expansion and modernization of the University Hospital No. 2. Dr. Jan Biziel in Bydgoszcz, run by the Nicolaus Copernicus University Collegium Medicum in Bydgoszcz.˚
- Represented companies from the Solid Security Capital Group in the proceedings for the provision of security services for persons and property and communication services in Telewizja facilities for a period of 36 months, conducted by Telewizja Polska S.A.˚
- Represented companies from the ALSTOM Capital Group in the procedure for the design, construction and commissioning of a flue gas desulphurization installation using the wet method using lime and gypsum technology in the EDF Polska Group companies, conducted by Elektrociepłownia "Kraków" S.A.˚
