Cynthia L. Neidl, Chair of the Albany office Litigation Practice, has a national practice that includes a variety of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, unfair competition, trademark infringement, fraud, deceptive trade practices and other business torts. She regularly appears in federal and state courts, and has broad experience with virtually all aspects of civil litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. Cynthia is also experienced handling transactions and representing health plans in business negotiations and regulatory compliance matters.
