  • Represented a leader in the delivery of community-based care in its acquisition of a post-acute health care services company that operates long-term acute-care hospitals and provides rehabilitation services across the United States.°
  • Represented a global corporation in its acquisition by two private equity firms for an enterprise value of $2.8 billion.°
