    • Previously worked as an IP attorney for Westinghouse Electric Corporation’s Power Generation Business Unit, and was later promoted to Senior Counsel. Gary managed the entire invention disclosure process, conducted comprehensive novelty and right-to-use searches, and provided detailed legal opinions. Further responsibilities included preparation and prosecution of both U.S. and foreign patent applications, conducted infringement analyses, and prepared infringement and validity opinions.
