Lauren concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and unfair business practices disputes, real estate disputes, securities matters, antitrust, and enforcement of judgments as well as related arbitrations and mediations. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including banking, lending, real estate, retail, and manufacturing.

- Represented financial institution in high value breach of contract action related to commercial lending.
- Represented secured lenders in litigations alleging breach of contract and fraud and enforced and collected judgments regarding same.
- Represented real property owners in leasehold valuation litigation and arbitration.
- Represented real property owners in land use disputes.
- Represented judgment creditors against judgment debtor in enforcing and satisfying judgments and obtained related attorneys’ fees awards.
- Represented real property owners in land use disputes with municipalities concerning attempted acquisitions through eminent domain.
- Represented transportation client in government investigation related to price-fixing claims.
- Represented manufacturers in seeking to recover billions of dollars in a series of complex arbitrations arising from disputes over payments under multi-state settlement agreement.
