Annie is a senior associate in the firm’s real estate group and advises on all aspects of commercial real estate including investment and development related property acquisitions, forward funding, lettings and management of commercial and mixed use properties. She acts mainly for funds, developers and property companies.

- Acted in connection with the purchase of a £90m portfolio of over 40 industrial and office properties.
- Advised on the developmentof the Eastside Locks mixed-use development in Birmingham.
- Acting on all aspects of asset management in relation to a portfolio of science parks.
- Acted for a PLC in connection with the acquisition of various long-income assets such as hotels, supermarkets and assisted living properties.
- Schroders Plc lettings and management work in relation to 55 Bishopsgate.
- Worked on the £220m Partridge Portfolio sale of 42 industrial estates.°
