  • Represented an investment management company managing over $900 Billion in assets annually in the disposition of The Presidential Building located in Washington, DC as part of a reverse 1031 exchange.
  • Represented a publicly traded real estate investment client in the acquisition of a low-density office campus consisting of six buildings in San Mateo, California.
  • Represented a publicly traded real estate investment client in the acquisition of a portfolio of self-storage facilities across the United States.
  • Represented purchaser in the acquisition of a $1.1 billion shopping center in Nevada.°
  • Represented seller in the disposition of a $300 million master planned office and retail development in California.°
  • Represented purchaser in the acquisition of a 1.6 million square foot industrial development in Arlington, Texas.°
  • Represented lender in financing the acquisition of 13 restaurants and in sale-leaseback transaction of 72 restaurants.°
