Greenberg Traurig Represents DUAL North America in Formation of Homebound Insurance Exchange

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.– April 10, 2025 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. represented DUAL North America, part of the DUAL Group, in connection with a strategic partnership between DUAL North America and Homebound Insurance Exchange, a new Texas reciprocal insurance company, which expands DUAL’s capacity and geographic reach.

The partnership will primarily focus on providing insurance coverage for manufactured homes, dwelling fire, and homeowners. Operating under a member surplus contributions model, the collaboration is expected to provide financial stability and long-term security for policyholders, according to the company’s press release.

Homebound said that its initial service offerings and coverage capabilities will focus on Texas, with plans to expand the offerings to additional states.
