Asaro, who also serves as administrative shareholder of the firm’s Albany office and chair of the Albany Health Care & FDA Practice, will participate in an April 3 session titled “Emerging Legal Risks Related to Managed Care.” She and her fellow panelists will explore emerging risks in the managed care/payor industry, including litigation, compliance, regulatory, transactional, and information technology/privacy challenges, from various professional perspectives. Asaro will examine the impact of such trends on managed care mergers and acquisitions and key considerations to navigating the challenges they present.
