Greenberg Traurig Acts as Counsel in Korea Land & Housing Corporation’s US$500 Million Notes Offering

SEOUL – Oct. 23, 2024 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup, and Standard Chartered Bank as joint lead managers in a Reg. S offering of US$500 million 4.25% notes due 2027 by Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) under its US$5 billion Global Medium Term Note Program. The offering signed on October 15 and closed on October 22. The notes were listed on the Singapore Exchange.

LH was established as a statutory juridical corporation under the Korea Land & Housing Corporation Act in 2009 and is the principal instrumentality in carrying out the national land and housing policies of the Korean government.

The Greenberg Traurig attorneys leading the transaction were Shareholder Eun Sang Hwang and Associate Byoungjoo Lee in the firm’s Seoul office.
