Greenberg Traurig Represents Cross Rapids Capital L.P. in Carve-Out Acquisition From Worley Limited

NEW YORK – June 15, 2023 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP advised Cross Rapids Capital L.P. in connection with the acquisition of Worley Limited’s North American maintenance and turnaround and power and operations businesses by CAM Industrial Solutions LLC.

The acquired businesses provide maintenance, turnaround, small cap construction and O&M services for refineries, chemical plants, natural resource extraction and processing, and other industrial facilities across the U.S. and Canada.

CAM Industrial Solutions is a new portfolio company formed by an investor group led by Cross Rapids Capital and which includes The Baupost Group as a strategic partner.
