WARSAW – 6 March 2023 – Greenberg Traurig advised Invesco Real Estate, the landlord, on the signing of a lease agreement for retail space in the Plac Unii office and retail complex in Warsaw with Carrefour Polska.
Carrefour’s store, with an area of 3000 sqm, will replace Supersam, which operated in the Plac Unii complex until the end of 2022.
Negotiations on behalf of Invesco Real Estate were led by Magdalena Życzkowska-Jóźwiak, Local Partner, who was supported by Senior Associate Karolina Kuźniak.

Plac Unii is a modern mixed-use building, which stands out on the map of Warsaw with its interesting architecture and is appreciated for the high quality of its office, service and retail space. The complex, consisting of three buildings separated by a glass roof (two 6-story buildings and a 21-story tower), offers a total of 46,000 sqm of leasable office space and 800 parking spaces. Due to the modular construction of individual floors, Plac Unii provides functional and flexible A+ class office space.
