Having served as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah from 2015-2021, Huber was the longest-tenured active U.S. Attorney in the United States for four years.
Wadley is an experienced trial attorney with over 20 years of litigation experience, including an 11-year tenure at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
