LAS VEGAS – Sept. 27, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has expanded its Las Vegas office with the addition of three attorneys, including a former Nevada State Assemblyman. Zaniah Jordan joins the Corporate Practice and the Litigation Practice adds Elliot Anderson and Jerrell Berrios.

Jordan’s practice will focus on corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law matters for public and private companies. She earned her J.D. in 2020 from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, she was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Timothy C. Williams in the Eighth Judicial District Court and an intern with the trial unit at the Federal Public Defenders Office of Nevada.
Anderson is a former Nevada Assemblyman. Elected in 2010, he served for eight years and was on multiple committees and interim committees, including the Judiciary Committee, Government Affairs Committee, Legislative Operations Committee, and the Advisory Commission on the Administration of Justice. Previously, he served in the United States Marine Corps for four years. Anderson graduated cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, he was a clerk for the Hon. Kristina Pickering, Nevada Supreme Court, and Hon. Kathleen Delaney, Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada.
Berrios was previously a law clerk to the Hon. Jerome T. Tao of the Nevada Court of Appeals and a judicial intern to the Hon. Adriana Escobar of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. He earned his J.D. in 2020 from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada and his B.A. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
