NEW YORK – Feb. 24, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP announced the elevation of Sylvia E. Simson, Paul G. - Simson is a litigator with a diverse practice focused on a broad range of complex commercial litigation as well as mass torts/products liability, financial services, life sciences, and environmental matters. Simson is experienced both in trials and appeals and has deep experience with multi-district litigation, class action defense, and the coordination of related actions in different jurisdictions.
- Yakulis is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as divestitures, joint ventures, equity investments, and general corporate representations. He regularly represents private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, and other domestic and multinational clients across a wide variety of industries.
