ATLANTA – Mar. 13, 2017 – The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, has elevated four attorneys to shareholder in its Atlanta office.

- Marcella C. Ducca focuses her practice on products liability litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical, medical device, and health care litigation, particularly in areas surrounding women’s health issues. She has experience litigating a variety of complex matters in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation. In addition, Ducca has been involved in the defense of hospitals and physicians in claims alleging medical malpractice. Ducca is involved in the American Bar Association and has held multiple roles in the Young Lawyers Division of the ABA. She also volunteers for the Georgia Radio Reading Service.
- Evan C. Holden concentrates his practice on complex product liability litigation, with a focus on representing manufacturers of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, heavy equipment, and consumer products in both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation and consolidated state court litigation. Holden also advises a variety of manufacturers and distributors in connection with compliance matters, risk assessment, product recalls, and reporting activities governed by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, FDA, and other federal and state regulatory bodies. He is actively involved in the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and DRI’s Young Lawyers Steering Committee and Drug & Medical Device Steering Committee.
- Angela F. Ramson focuses her practice in the areas of labor and employment and commercial litigation. In her practice, she advises and represents clients in labor & employment matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, wage and hour compliance, and employment agreements. She also counsels and represents clients in commercial litigation involving breach of contract, intellectual property, and other business disputes. Ramson serves as Board Commissioner for the Atlanta Housing Authority and has served as Board Secretary for Center for Black Women’s Wellness.
- Sara Deskins Tucker concentrates her practice on complex products liability litigation, with a focus on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Tucker represents clients in federal and state courts, including multidistrict litigation, consolidated state court litigation, mass torts, consumer class actions, and medical malpractice. She has broad experience crafting scientific challenges to expert testimony, focusing on the interplay of scientific and medical issues. She has served on leadership positions in the Defense Research Institute’s Young Lawyers Committee and Drug & Medical Device Committee and regularly speaks at its national seminars.
