FORT LAUDERDALE and TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – June 25, 2015 – Fred E. Karlinsky, shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale and Tallahassee offices of international law firm Greenberg Traurig P.A., was featured as a speaker on the panel entitled “Crossroads: The Intersection of Politics and Insurance...And What it Means to You” at the June 22 Western States Surplus Lines Conference in Sun Valley, Idaho. Karlinsky is a frequent speaker on insurance-related trends and legislative initiatives for Surplus Lines Association in Florida, its associated chapters and other industry groups.

Karlinsky is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig's Insurance Regulatory and Transactions Practice Group and a shareholder within the Government Law & Policy Group. He represents insurers, reinsurers, producers and other insurance interests throughout the U.S. and internationally in a wide variety of business, operational, regulatory, transactional and governmental matters.
