BOSTON (September 15, 2014) – The Boston office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP participated in the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund’s 9/11 Care Package Service Project. The organization helps to support active duty service members and veterans. The office held a collection drive for requested supplies, including single-serve meals and snacks, shaving cream, razors and dental floss, and then helped assemble more than 500 care packages for service men and women and local veterans.
Held at the Mother’s Walk on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston, the event was an opportunity to give back to the community in a positive way on September 11th, which is a National Day of Service and Remembrance.
