Tiarra Reed is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix office. Tiarra focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, private equity, across a range of industries and sectors, with a focus on corporate formation and governance.

Tiarra also assists with emerging and growth stage companies in matters involving venture capital financing transactions, initial public offerings and follow-on offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
