Rocío Olea Salgado focuses her practice on business and competition law, including compliance and transactional issues in the technology, e-commerce, product manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and other industries. She is experienced advising on economic and competition issues, including the review and notification of mergers, concentrations, and investigations of alleged antitrust activities before Mexico’s Antitrust Agency (Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica).

Rocío represents foreign and Mexican entities on a broad range of corporate and business-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and compliance policies. She advises Mexican and international companies from different sectors on all stages of the business life cycle, including implementing startup and growth-stage processes, and handling administrative procedures before government agencies.
