Humberto Ocariz is an experienced litigator and trial attorney in both state and federal court. He regularly serves as first-chair at trial and has deep experience on a range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, class actions, trademark litigation, unfair and deceptive trade practices, trade secrets, product liability, contractual disputes, legal malpractice, fraud and business torts, and international disputes and arbitrations.

Humberto also works closely with foreign counsel in connection with a variety of matters. He was selected to serve as an arbitrator for the International Chamber of Commerce International Court of Arbitration.
