Tyler Mittleman is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s New York City office. He represents debt funds, REITs, financial institutions, and other lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate finance transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loans, leasehold and fee financings, and loans structured for securitization. His experience spans assets across multifamily, retail, mixed-use, office, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Tyler has also advised clients on construction financing, loan workouts, leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of triple-net leased properties across the United States.
