• Participated in work for Konspol Holding, part of the Cargill Group, in connection with the consolidation of the companies comprising the Konspol Holding Group.°
• Participated in work for Bufab International AB in connection with the acquisition of shares in CDA Poland.°
• Advised TransAsia Private Capital on the provision of financing in business entities related to the metallurgical industry in Poland.°
• Advised TransAsia Private Capital on debt novation transactions and the establishment of collateral on newly created receivables.°
• Represented TransAsia Private Capital at a meeting of the Board of Creditors in the restructuration proceedings of the company's debtor, representing PLN 267 million in claims.°
• Participated in work for TFC Capital in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in a Polish polymer manufacturing company.°
• Advised Gobarto S.A., part of the Cedrob capital group, on the process of acquiring 100% of the shares in Al Ba Podlaskie Centrum Mięsne sp. z o.o. and Franko Dystrybucja sp. z o. o.°
• Represented Gobarto S.A. in antitrust proceedings in concentration case before the Office of the President of Competition and Consumer Protection.°
• Advised Croonwolter&dros B.V. on the transaction of the sale of all shares in Electro-Croon Polska Sp. z o.o. to IV Groep B.V.°
