Sheri Kanesaka is a member of the Real Estate Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Orange County office. She focuses her practice on representing title insurance companies and their insureds in complex real estate and coverage litigation. She regularly handles matters involving title defects, conflicting lien priority, perfection issues, easements, boundary and encroachment disputes, bad faith insurance claims, escrow negligence, and tax liens. In addition, she has broad experience litigating commercial cases and representing creditors in bankruptcy matters.
Drawing from deep experience garnered through service within the in-house litigation group of one of the largest title insurance companies, Fidelity National Financial, Inc., Sheri is adept at prosecuting and defending cases from inception through trial in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts and arbitration.
