  • Participated in the work for Merity Funds, a sister company of Trigea Real Estate Fund specialized in development projects, in connection with the acquisition of a real estate property located in Gliwice. The development will consist of two buildings with a total GLA of approx. 60,000 sq. m on approx. 12 hectares of land.
  • Participated in the work for Generali Real Estate on the acquisition of undeveloped plots located in Skawina near Kraków.
  • Participated in the work for Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company, in connection with the acquisition of the Nowy Rynek D office property in Poznań from Skanska. The value of the transaction is EUR 121 million.
  • Participated in the works in connection with the acquisition of a logistics portfolio, situated in the Warsaw metropolitan area, by Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors.
  • Advised clients in connection with the acquisition of land for residential and commercial development.°
  • Participated in preparation of opinions and memoranda regarding agricultural real estate governed by the Polish Act on the Agricultural System.°
  • Participated in preparation of legal opinions and transaction documentation, including real estate sale agreements.°
