Aleksandra Grześkowiak is a member of the Project & Structured Finance practice. She advises Polish and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on transactions related to debt refinancing, renewable energy financing as well as real estate financing, including cross-border projects. She participates in drafting and negotiating security documents, preparing legal opinions, as well as coordinating the process of satisfying the conditions precedent to facility disbursement. Aleksandra has regulatory experience in projects involving advising supervised entities in the financial sector.

- Participated in the work for a foreign financial institution in connection with the financing transaction for photovoltaic projects located in Poland with a total capacity of several dozens of MW.°
- Participated in the work for an international consortium of banks in relation to refinancing granted in the Polish retail property market, which was classified as satisfying the EU taxonomy criteria for sustainable development.°
- Participated in the work for developers of PV farms in connection with the refinancing of the acquisition of dozens of photovoltaic farms.°
