Kevin Greenberg focuses his practice on government-related matters, real estate matters, political law, and administrative and regulatory law.

With more than two decades of experience as a transactional lawyer, Kevin also regularly counsels businesses in corporate and real estate transactions and serves as outside general counsel for several clients. In real estate, he has been involved in brownfields, urban expansion, publicly financed, and tax credit projects.

In addition to advising the business community, Kevin regularly provides compliance and political counsel to federal, state and local candidates, the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, lobbyists, independent expenditure committees, cities, counties, and government contractors.
