Eduardo Grajales is a member of the International Trade Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Mexico City office. He has wide-ranging experience providing international trade and customs counsel to companies in a variety of industries, including automotive and energy, seeking legal strategies to maximize the efficiency of their commercial operations and to identify potential risks and opportunity areas.

In addition to his involvement in national and international arbitration proceedings, Eduardo defends companies against the tax and customs authorities in international trade matters before the Mexican courts.

Additionally, Eduardo has been directly involved in unfair international trade practices investigation proceedings, and he has experience advising on compliance with international trade agreements involving Mexico, as well as those related to the World Trade Organization.
